How Can We Assist?
LOCAL PICK UP
We participate in local pop-up shop.
Currently working out a system to put in place for you to order local pick up.
Send an email to amber.co.kissses@gmail.com with your order name and order number and you will receive an email back with confirmation and a location to where pick up will be. (Instagram DM is ok to message as well)
Check out our Instagram @Amber_xciii_collections to find out where we will be stationed each weekend.
SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping is done through the us postal services and typically takes 3-5 days to be delivered.
Once your order is out for shipping, we have no control over any delays made by the post office. A tracking number will be provided.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
we have a strict no refund policy.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Amber.co.kiss@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
