How Can We Assist?

LOCAL PICK UP

  • We participate in local pop-up shop.

  • Currently working out a system to put in place for you to order local pick up.

  • Send an email to amber.co.kissses@gmail.com with your order name and order number and you will receive an email back with confirmation and a location to where pick up will be. (Instagram DM is ok to message as well)


Check out our Instagram @Amber_xciii_collections to find out where we will be stationed each weekend.

SHIPPING AND PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

  • Shipping is done through the us postal services and typically takes 3-5 days to be delivered. 

Once your order is out for shipping, we have no control over any delays made by the post office. A tracking number will be provided. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

  • we have a strict no refund policy.

  • In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Amber.co.kiss@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
